Arjoon has over 17 years global brand leadership (11 years L'Oreal - Mumbai, New York, London & Paris; 6 years General Mills – UKI and Europe & Australasia). He began as a grad trainee then Junior Brand Manager for Maybelline in S.Asia, succeeding to increase budget responsibility, team leadership, geographical coverage and business capability over time. Left in 2014 as with P&L responsibility for Garnier Haircare (Western Europe), leading innovation insights and communications. Joined General Mills in 2015 as Marketing Head-Ice Cream (UKI) re-inventing the Haagen-Dazs brand, and now Head of Brand Experience for Europe and Australasia region leading the creative brand building mandate for the organisation
