Natalie Bell


Natalie has been with MG OMD for 16 years, and CEO for the past 3 years. She began her career in magazine publishing, and then spent half of her career at MG OMD in digital marketing roles. In her time at MG OMD she has helped the agency win many accolades; Campaign's Media Agency of the Year 2018 & 2019, MediaWeek’s Media Agency of the Year 2019 & 2021, Campaign's Global Agency of the Year 2020 & 2022, Campaign’s Agency Partner of the Year 2020, 2021 & 2022, most awarded media agency at 2021, 2022 & 2023’s MediaWeek awards, winning the Grand Prix in 2022. The agency works with incredible clients including the John Lewis Partnership, Specsavers, VMO2, giffgaff, Renault, Nissan, British Airways, Sony Pictures and is privileged to be responsible for the HM Government buying account. The agency prides itself on effective creative media work and is the most awarded media agency in the history of the IPA Effectiveness awards. Natalie is well respected for her people-first leadership approach, with the agency listed in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 5 years, and in Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023. Natalie has been recognised as the top UK Media Leader in Campaign’s review of the year in both 2021 and 2022, and awarded Mediaweek's Media Leader of the Year in both 2022 and 2023. She is a proud WACL member, sits on the Advertising Association Front Foot Board and is responsible for MG OMD’s 3-year partnership with the Media Trust’s Communicating Climate Programme.
