Carly leads the Media & ad Tech Sales organization at Microsoft focused on the sales strategy, growth and enablement of our Display, Video, CTV, Gaming and AdTech Solutions. and. With over 19 years in the digital advertising industry, Carly has worked at ad agencies (Carat, Razorfish & BBDO), as well as publishers including Yahoo, Time Inc and has spent the last 10 years at Microsoft. Carly has always had a passion for building products, utilizing innovation like AI to truly partner and solve business challenges. She leaned into the development of our Microsoft Audience Network since its inception, partnering with engineering teams on an outward-in approach to shaping our offering to meet customer needs and objectives. Carly has a passion for coaching, building new teams and developing others. Her own development at Microsoft has taught her the importance of coaching, mentorship and how bringing your whole self to anything you participate in is not only important to your success, but your own personal joy.
