

Chris Dunne
CEO, Outvertising
Outvertising is the marketing and advertising industry’s not-for-profit, volunteer-run LGBTQIA+ advocacy organisation. Its mission to make the UK marketing and advertising industry fully LGBTQIA+ inclusive, both in the work it produces and the working environments it creates. Chris joined Outvertising in 2022, moving into the CEO role in 2024.
Alongside Outvertising, Chris is also Head of Marketing at Thinkbox, the marketing trade body for TV advertising, which exists to help advertisers and agencies get the most out of today’s TV and represents 99% of commercial TV in the UK.
Chris’s two decade career includes both agency and client-side roles, with a particular focus on marketing media channels and brands across radio and audio, print, online publishing, and now TV.
He was named in The Media Leader’s inaugural Future 100 list, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the UK Accessible Advertising Alliance, and the IPA’s Effectiveness Leadership Group. He is a Mental Health First Aider and a passionate advocate for improved mental health awareness and training in the workplace.
