Jennifer Heape

Jen is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vixen Labs, the leading global agency for voice assistants and conversational AI, now part of House 337. She leads the AI product output of House 337, with a focus on how conversational and generative AI can transform businesses and drive forward innovation in our lives, now and in the future. Her work includes long term partnerships with the likes of Amazon, Reckitt and Dyson.

With expertise in linguistics and over a decade of experience leading creative and CX teams, Jen is passionate about how these technologies will shape our world, with a particular interest in the psychology, ethics and creativity behind conversational interactions. 

Jen regularly speaks internationally on all things AI and conversational technology - especially around ethics and biases in conversational technologies, as well as deep dives on the innovative principles of voice and conversational AI design.
