Jessica Rolfe-Dix

Jess is the Managing Director of Debate Mate, an educational organisation passionate about the power of debate to teach key future skills from the classroom to the boardroom. Jess’ first experience with Debate Mate was when she ran the programme in its pilot year whilst doing Teach First at a school in East London. By 2010, she was working full time to grow their charity programme, which has since reached over 150,000 children in areas of high child poverty across the globe.

Off the back of its success, Jess went on to help set up the corporate arm of Debate Mate in 2014. Using their signature debate-led methodology, Debate Mate Training delivers communication and leadership training to organisations across industries, geographies, and cultures.
