Kate Dale

Kate's responsible for delivering This Girl Can, our multi-award-winning campaign which is changing the way millions of people think about exercise and physical activity, and has inspired more than 2.9 million women. She's available to speak on This Girl Can, the gender gap in sport, and women’s experiences of sport and physical activity

A former journalist, Kate is as comfortable on a news panel as she is commenting on a feature in a glossy magazine. She's also a trustee for Find Your Voice, a CIC that designs and delivers singing programmes that reach vulnerable people living in marginalised communities and is a member of the Women's Sport Collective Advisory Panel. In her spare time she's a stand-up comedian who is learning to dance (badly).
