Kathryn Molloy is the Head of Innovation at Bauer Media Audio – Europe’s leading digital commercial audio operator and radio broadcaster, reaching 61 million listeners every week across 9 different countries. In the UK, Bauer Media Audio is home to iconic radio brands like Greatest Hits Radio, KISS, Magic, Absolute Radio, Planet Rock, Kerrang and more, reaching more than 23 million listeners.


In her role, Kathryn leads on cultural and product innovation, with a focus on fields of technology like as AI and Spatial Computing, looking at how the latest technology advancements can be implemented into the business to drive it to its next stage of digital development. Kathryn also sits on the board of the Bauer Academy – Bauer Media’s in house learning and development provider.

 

Prior to joining Bauer, Kathryn was Head of Innovation at Digital Catapult, a part government-funded agency that exists to accelerate the adoption of advanced digital technologies across the manufacturing and creative industries. Elsewhere, she also helped to establish the Innovation Team at Tesco PLC.
