Rushma Khan

Rushma is an Assistant Programme Director, currently working across both Debate Mate Schools and Debate Mate Training whilst she is on her gap year - delivering communication & leadership training to professionals across the world as well as managing our Core Programmes in the West Midlands. She has been a part of the Debate Mate program for 8 years, joining at 11 years old. During her time with Debate Mate, she has represented the UK at the Dubai World Expo in 2020, debated at Bloomberg’s equality summit and the PWC x Microsoft Banking Horizons Summit alongside Professor Brian Cox.
