Tom has worked across all aspects of the business from paid media, client leadership, technology and strategy, and shaped key aspects such as the global proposition and organisational design. He has played a lead role on key global clients including CHANEL, Ralph Lauren, Hilton hotels and Net-a-Porter and is known for his business-centric strategic approach to driving commercial growth.
