Zuzanna Gierlinska

Zuzanna is a seasoned digital leader with 20+ yrs experience as an industry pioneer across AdTech, MarTech and Publishers. Joining GroupM in May ‘22, Zuzanna has been focused on taking Xaxis to the next level of growth and innovation. Prior to that she ran Automation, Programmatic and Data Management divisions at Google, Spotify, Oracle and Microsoft.

Now, as Chief Growth Officer, GroupM Nexus UK, Zuzanna is responsible for delivering a new cross-channel performance organisation across Finecast, Xaxis, INCA (GroupM), acceleration and GroupM Services. Her remit powers growth for GroupM agencies and the amazing brands they represent.

Throughout her career Zuzanna has and continues to champion the application of data and technology to drive digital transformation and deliver business results. She is passionate about helping businesses navigate the opportunities digital marketing offers and as a regular speaker, judge and thought leader committed to simplifying what is often perceived as a complex industry.
