Andrew joined Channel 4 two years ago, working as Content Manager within the award-winning Social Branded Entertainment Team, formally 4Studio. Prior to his current role, Andrew joined the world of media as an apprentice having spent time within the performance arm of ad agency Ogilvy, and media agency Mindshare, and worked across both digital and display specialising in programmatic. After moving from apprentice to director in less than four years, Andrew joined Channel 4 to discover what possibilities lie within the creative world of broadcast quality content and social.
His proudest achievement was working on Channel 4’s My Right To Move: The Unity Ball, a 4-part docu series delving into the world of rugby and the communities that feel unrepresented in the sport. Hosted by Ugo Monye – chair of the RFU’s Diversity and Inclusion board – to bring his own lived experience and struggle with equity to the films. In addition to the series, Andrew and his team created a "Unity Ball" with four panels that each represent one of the stories explored in the content. As part of the campaign, Channel 4 created and donated over 500x balls to grass-root teams across the country. The campaign was shortlisted at the Sponsorship Awards for both best branded content idea and best DEI campaign.
