As Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Wavemaker North America, Delphine leads a team of 150+ data and analytics practitioners and technologists. Since taking the helm of Wavemaker’s data and analytics team in April 2021, Delphine has fully crafted a new organizational model at the agency to bring marketing intelligence and science to the next level. Her consultative approach combined with her innovative mindset drives her to create future-proof solutions, maturity models, thought leadership and strategic partnerships to help marketers navigate the complexity of an evolving data landscape. Prior to joining Wavemaker, Delphine held various leadership positions across large technology companies such as Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon focusing on data and technology strategy and product development with a focus on data governance and growth strategy for brands. ​She also held local and global data and analytics leadership positions agency-side at Dentsu and Publicis working on global accounts such as Adidas, Microsoft, Diageo, Disney among others.
