

Linn Frost
Linn Frost is an innovative brand builder, marketeer and mentor who has spent the last 20 years, both agency and brand-side, working with renowned, brave, and interesting brands including Dove, Virgin, Bacardi, M&S, and The British Army. She is currently the Managing Director at The Social Element, the leading global social media agency that helps brands like Visa, OREO, and Diageo create genuine human connections with their audiences to drive brand love and loyalty. Previously, she was the Marketing Director for Virgin Red, Virgin’s new rewards club, and held agency-side roles at the likes of Ogilvy, RKCRY&R and Truant London.
Career highlights include being recognized by The Marketing Society as ‘one of the top women creating change and redefining the creative industry’. Linn is proudly dyslexic and harnesses the superpowers it gives her. She is currently working with the charity Made By Dyslexia to ensure that all schools and employers are equipped to harness their students and employees talents.
