Nikki Sehgal, General Manager, Media For All

Nikki Sehgal is an award winning community builder and the General Manager of Media For All [MEFA]; a network for Asian, Black and Ethnic Minorities working in the media and advertising industry.

Nikki is a multi-hyphenate by nature and recently recognised in The Media Leader’s Future 100 club.

She is passionate about cultivating communities, with belonging and inclusion at the heart. In 2021, Nikki won the WACL Talent Award due to her drive to make an impact wherever she is placed. She has previously held roles at OMG UNITE, NABS and TEDxLadbrokeGrove.
